Which carriers are supported?

A variety of shipping carriers exist in the market. It’s important to know which carriers Express Parcel International, LTD covers.

Supported carriers

Express Parcel International, LTD technology supports all major carriers which include FedEx®, UPS®, and DHL®. UPS® Capital is supported when it comes to filing loss and damage claims.

Pro tip

One carrier account can be added during the initial setup. An unlimited number can be added once account has been created.

The carrier logins that are provided for each carrier must have online billing enabled. This allows Express Parcel International, LTD to download recent invoices, file billing disputes and compile shipping data across carriers into one centralized location.

How to enable online billing

FedEx® online billing

To enable FedEx® online billing, the customer will follow this process.

  • Login to FedEx.com
  • Navigate to FedEx® Billing Online. Located in the top menu: Manage > View Pay Bills
  • Enter your account number
  • Confirm registration

UPS® online billing

To enable UPS® online billing, the customer will follow this process.

  • Login to UPS.com
  • Navigate to UPS® Billing Center. Located in the top menu: My UPS® > Billing
  • Access the online billing center
  • Enter the UPS® account number
  • Confirm registration
