Remove a pause on your account

Various issues cause service to be paused on your Express Parcel International, LTD account. The topics below are intended to help you troubleshoot common issues.

Enable online billing features on your shipping accounts

  1. Enable online billing on your shipping account.
  2. Login to Your account. 
  3. Tap the paused Shipping account.
  4. Tap the Update button to the right of the shipping account name.
  5. Tap the Update Shipping Account button.

Invalid shipping login credentials

Are you entering the correct login credentials?

The username and password for the billing systems at carrier websites, such as FedEx.com are the intended input.

  1. Try logging into the carrier website to be sure that the information that entered into Express Parcel International, LTD is valid.
  2. Login to Your account. 
  3. Tap on the Shipping account with the invalid login credentials.
  4. Tap Update button to the right of the shipping account name.
  5. Enter the valid Username and Password for the shipping account.
  6. Tab Update Shipping Account button.

  1. Login to Your account. 
  2. Tap Invoices in the left menu.
  3. Tap Make a Payment in the notification bar at the top of the page.
  4. Proceed through the steps to pay the open invoice by card.
